Two things to "master" before the end of 2025 1. Classic French Omelet and 2. Pie crust.
This is my first attempt at the Omelet. It's tasty. The outside browned (a classic no no for this particular Omelet) but the inside IS custardy delight. My heat was a little too high for my being a novice.
