Taught my first ever candlelight restorative class last night. Looooved it. 4 poses in 60min, 15min Savasana. Was a gd treat to lead people in rest.

Booked a tour with a women who comes to my yoga classes. Best idea ever. Learned so much about the island & my mom absolutely loved chatting up all the locals.

I’m proud of myself for not solo drinking before the party. My go to w social/crowd anxiety is usually a drank beforehand, then razzle dazzle it’s showtime baby. Granted, I immediately went for the champagne when I got there, but eyy 🥂

Went to the party, had a blast. Saw ~8 folks I know, met many others. The retired island yoga teacher kept introducing me as “the new yoga teacher” and said she’d take me & m’lady birding sometime (she’s an expert). 😁🙌🏽

Going to a Xmas cookie exchange party tonight. Host asked folks to bake 5 dozen each.
I will not be baking a thing. I’m not a baker, hot ass kitchen mess maker or a sweets gal. 5 doz would be a full on commitment to disappointment for all involved.
