Then use software (like the one that comes with it or free software like OBS) to record while you play the tape. It happens in real-time, so a 2-hour tape takes 2 hours to convert. The result will be a digital file (like an MP4) you can watch and share forever!

If you want to convert VHS to digital, it's totally doable as well! You'll need a USB video capture device that has the yellow, white, and red ports. Connect the VCR's outputs to the capture device, plug the device into your computer.

Hey! Glad you found the tape!
Yeah, you can hook it up easily. The key is to take a photo of your current setup first so you have a backup plan. Then just use the yellow, white, and red cables and plug them into a free set of ports on the TV. Remember to change the input on your TV to AV afterwards.

Found this man from a blog (sargeslocker.wordpress.com/2010/02/05/a...). He seems to be from Academy Men as well and looks like the guy in those videos. Wish he has a shirtless pic so that I can check if he also has a tattoo on his left deltoid.

Hope you can find them.

According to StationHouse (a website selling some DVD cases of Academy Men, not sure if it's still working), it seems to be in "Academy Training 3" (the first part of this video is also famous for the name "The Collection") and "Tough Enough". I'm wondering where you found the cop in the box.
