It’s a coping mechanism, not a character flaw. Respond with compassion, not judgment.

Many people want to talk about the person they lost; they just need safety, patience and a non-judgmental space. Listening can be the most healing thing you offer. This which emphasises the importance of BSI workplace guidance.
