- about 30% of OTPs nationally are owned by PE, far greater than PE penetration in hospitals, SNFs, or physician practices
- Over half of PE-owned clinics were owned by 3 parent companies
- in 14 states, over half of OTPs are PE owned; in 3 states, all are
