Viewing a new gym today. Fingers crossed this one doesn’t trigger my episodes so I can finally get back to working out. I am excited that this one has a pool and sauna though!

I officially dislike my cpap machine. At least I was getting some sleep before. Now I’m stuck in a single position, sores over my face, can’t have my cats or partner in the same room, and I m waking up every half hour if the mask leaks 🤬😭😤😰 how is this an improvement?
