I always hated the "separate reality from fiction!" statement because while it is good on paper, I almost always see it used to defend attraction to minors or shipping minors with adults.

Sugar was originally A female Borlaaq Xaela when I started. Definitely created as a gag since anytime she saw a male Xaela she’d whip out her basket of goods and ask to breed. But aside from that she was supposed to be a happy character and somehow just kept getting in very dark unfortunate things.
