Indeed it was!! Didn’t make the quick connection back at Colchester, bit of a walk!! Made it to Felixstowe and Cambridge. Will try again on the Harwich line tomorrow 🤞

Especially when you clock the seat you want through the window, get stuck behind someone getting all their stuff out, then lose the seat to someone who boarded the other end. This is what happened to me this morning!!

I think I have a full house today after my journey home from Manchester. All by the time I got to Euston!!

I was lucky enough to get a very short cab ride in ‘Mary’ a couple of years ago after we had freed a failed ground frame to let her out.

Radiates an insane amount of heat in the height of summer too, which is fun when wearing PPE.
