I live in a Red Flag Zone in Southern California & we have realized we are really not prepped to leave the house at a moments notice. Every "go-bag" suggestion says to have extra prescription meds... but it's nearly impossible to get extra meds!

My kids both went to school today after winter break and OMG it is such a relief.

Things are suddenly so busy over here with sports, religious school & activities that we accidentally invited someone over for dinner on a night we won't actually be home.

So, no one told me before we moved to California that after school play dates would be at the beach or we'd go to Disneyland on a random Friday night (hi Mickey!), but I'm not complaining about it.

I volunteered in EPops' kinder class today, so how long until I come down with the plague?

We have activities several nights a week that end at 6:30, 5pm, and the doozy, 5:30 then break & practice at 7:30. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make dinner. I know I should make it earlier in the day...but it's just not happening.

Not mad about the glimmer of the ocean over this fab burger.

I have committed to going to Disneyland 2 days in a row (one day w/whole fam, one day-date with E) and I'm tired already just thinking about it.
