One of our grey squirrels appears to have a hairdo.

And judging by her belly, I'm hopeful one or two baby mohawks will turn up soon 😂

Had a horrid virus over Xmas so, of course, by the first week of the year, I'd taught myself how to crochet.

Ended up with this bunch of weirdos. Not too shabby for a left-hander who has issues with following instructions.
Three crochet amigurumi: a penguin in a bobble hat, a whale with spout of water, and a little reindeer.

Declutter yesterday turned into a stare at old paintings and create more mess type of day.

Also, there are some with serious white tufts behind their ears. Is this a new thing? Another sign of hard times to come?

At 49, I reread my old school reports before austism assessment. Broke my heart in places. This extract, I would have been 8yrs or thereabouts.

I wonder if there was ever any pause to consider delivery or negative phrasing?

I'm proud to say, I remain true to that sensitive soul.

Been trying to 'organise' files again - not an easy task with my #audhd brain 😬

Didn't make much progress tidying but instead, I enjoyed revisiting scans of my old #drawings. I'm rather fond of this A3 pastel sketch of a robin.

Our #squirrels are well-fed. This is Newman (we have an Elaine too. )

I don't think I've seen one of our garden squirrels with such striking white fur behind its ears before. Is that a harbinger of weather to come 🥶 or simply a response to an abundant food supply?

My latest art hobby obsession is origami.

That along with book making... with side-eye towards revisiting my nemesis watercolour cos my paper hare is made from the good (aka expensive) stock.

Oh and hello to, well, anybody bothering to read this.

On the box is a orange/white paper fox and black paper racoon. The racoon has some experimental painted white accents.
