Çılbır - Turkish poached eggs with yoghurt, Aleppo pepper, garlic. I’ve added extra parsley & chickpeas because I had it readily available
Must be patient to bring Aleppo to heat so it releases the redness. This is albino by comparison but I was hungry

Dinner tonight
Çılbır - Turkish poached eggs with yoghurt, Aleppo pepper, garlic. I’ve added extra parsley & chickpeas because I had it readily available

Actually very happy to have ice cream on the harbour and not have awkward strained conversations with Jeremy the boring Accountant who dressed like he rolled out of bed and needs to buy better clothing that is post Covid friendly

It’s 31°C currently. I’ve packed a cardigan in my handbag
A little black dress, a leather necklace in gold coloured hardware & my hair in mini buns. There’s red lippy & glasses today.
May take out hair, it’s so hot & off my face / neck is better for me 💁🏻♀️
