Well, you can’t impeach a sitting Justice; that is to say in theory you can but they won’t. I know one was impeached in the 1800’s but that was then and this is now. When Thomas can make laws to curry favor and that’s not enough for impeachment, don’t count on it.

I wish they’d worked hard at it when Biden was President and we had the Majority. I’m afraid to protest, especially now when trump is just looking for an excuse to call for Martial Law so elections can be delayed.
