Since 2010, the percentage of Duke Energy PAC money that's gone to Republican legislators has significantly exceeded the percentage of seats they hold in Raleigh — in some years by as much as 25%. Meanwhile, Duke's giving to Democrats is less than their share of seats in the legislature.
