Miracles just take you a little longer, Niall ❤️

10 days is nothing when dealing with head trauma - already miraculously improved and he'll go from strength to strength now. Brilliant news, Niall xx

They've come to associate the two (but I can't now pick the leads up between times or I have to supply the treats!). They're not that keen to go out the door still but like Sophie love it once out x

Maybe you do this already, but the only way to get my 2 Rommies out is to rattle the leads and then give a favourite treat as soon as the lead is on.

You did him justice. He was loved to the end. I'm so happy he got that last beach trip xx

I'm thinking of having a huge sign to hang round my neck that says, "I apologise for my dogs' lack of party manners". I didn't teach them such language 😂

She's a little star for doing that. And she'll never forget how she made a difference ❤️

Maybe they can find no more serious and pressing issues to debate...

And I can confirm the advice really does work! It's made a significant difference to how my two Rommies behave on a walk - they can even have an occasional run off the lead (with GPS trackers firmly in place!) in a very safe and quiet place now

So sad about this little boy, but at least he was loved and safe at the very end. Run free, little one 🌈

The work you do is amazing. Thank you for being there xx

If you turned your back on that little soul, you wouldn't be you!

I doubt she saw it your way - if she's like mine, she just decided to indulge you 😄

Go for it - this is Lucy and Trixie in Brittany. My experience in Holland and France of travelling with dogs couldn't be more different than the one in the article.

Not a happy time. We've been much luckier. We take my 2 little Rommies and their friend on holiday and they love it. But it does restrict you a bit - we never leave them alone, and we do things they can enjoy too. You have to find dog-friendly places and activities so they can enjoy it all too.

Thank YOU! I now cherish the impossible dream that one day we'll be almost civilised 😂

I loved the book and have been following the advice for counter-conditioning for my 2 little Rommies, one reactive with strange dogs and the other who runs home. And I can promise everyone - it WORKS! It takes time, but we can let strange dogs walk past now so long as they aren't too close ❤️

It's an amazing prize, but I couldn't leave my 2 little rescue dogs for a week if I won it. But I've got my copy of your book arriving any day now, and I have 2 very special little dogs with me, so I'll settle for that. Good luck, everyone☺️

The impossible just takes you a little longer ❤️

I can't wait to get my copy - it's been ordered for ages 😊

There are no words to describe someone who could do this. Thank you for saving Hope and Chance.

You've done the best possible for those dogs, and their lives have been transformed. It might not be the way we'd all have wanted it done, but those two can be happy in their new home, and it's going to be a good example for other people who see it. I'm constantly amazed by what you achieve xx
