I'm with you on this, but if we get the WH & Congress in 2028 & don't move immediately in 2029 to expand the court, then we're done for the rest of my lifetime & beyond. Dems need to look at the speed with which these assholes are destroying everything, and act accordingly. Otherwise, hang it up.

I used to listen to this bloviator in the afternoon if I was in my car just to keep tabs on the bullshitosphere, & I knew everything he said was pure hysterical performance. Same with Limbaugh.

On the other place I followed an older woman who's handle was Aunt Crabby Calls Bullshit. She was very fluent in colorful language & had a huge following. Sadly she passed a year or so ago, but I like to think that as an older woman I can keep her crabby spirit alive somewhat, one MF at a time. 😂

I agree with your explanation, my friend! My family members (2 are educated!) just disgust me anymore. I barely remember a time 20 yrs ago when we had lively policy debates & I wasn't called names. Felon47 has taken so much from us all, tho many went willingly & gleefully (to your point).

True to some extent, but I believe the vast majority of die-hard supporters (a handful are in my family) have no idea of the facts, don't care to know the facts, wouldn't accept the facts even if said facts bit them in the ass and their lives depended on it. Defiant stupidity is their comfort zone.

"A Thread of Grace" by Mary Doria Russell is an awesome novel about how Italians saved thousands of Jews in WWII. An absolutely wonderful read. Actually, ALL of her books are excellent.

In 1961, as 7 year-old, my family went to Disneyland for a day, and I distinctly remember my chest hurting pretty badly later that night from screaming (like a 7 year-old does at Disneyland) all day.

The feeling is mutual. I'm thinking that if he goes on a firing spree, he'll just put in more incompetent people who will keep getting him & his administration in legal trouble. Tie them up in the courts until we can take back the House & Senate. Then impeach his ass AGAIN.

That might be so, but more of us boomers always vote in every single election. Work to get your generation to the polls for Every. Single. Election. Also, as an old boomer, I'm ashamed of what my generation has wrought, but that doesn't mean it's my fault, friend. I've voted blue since 1972.
