Same. It’s intellectually lazy. It masquerades as knowing and superior while exempting the cynic from actually doing anything. It’s convenient but joyless.

Why doesn’t a reporter collect all the various Trump signatures along with the “forged” one on one piece of paper and ask Leavitt to ID the forgery if it’s so obvious

The first thing I thought was how weird it was that he drew the breasts so small and was surprised at how un-lewd the doodle is. I expected something curvier and more lascivious from him. Then it dawned on me. This is a girl.

Oh my goodness I love beans. Do you ever get Ranch Gordo beans? They are just the most delicious beans on earth. So many different kinds, interesting heirloom beans from Mexico and South America. Can’t get enough in our house!

Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that he passed away. Yes, I started reading his blog around 2000 maybe? Always appreciated his calm, measured takes on things. Good writer, sweet cat lover. RIP Kevin Drum.
