I started adding it about 3 months ago and found huge improvements overall as I am in menopause. I am small and don’t exercise enough yet, so 3 grams to 5 grams is good for now. Brain fog lifted. But I need to drink a lot more water.

I’m French Canadian who had plenty of Canadian Italian food. By the looks of it, it’s a success. Such a versatile foundation. I can taste it from here.

I would take that definition a step further if that lack of empathy and add they enjoy causing that suffering. It’s type of satisfaction in the accomplishment. I know people line that and they are horrible.
