I have. I'm just saying that the military are currently waiting for Yoon to lift marshal law as directed by the parliament. We haven't had Yoon's response to the vote yet and we don't know how the military will respond if he tries to go against it.

It's only a dictatorship if you can back it up with military support. In Turkey, for instance, it was always clear Erdoğan had military backing. Here it's far less clear.

I don't think it's that they didn't listen, it's that Yoon's the only one who can technically lift it, so more a stalemate situation

It's ridiculous that a country that calls itself a democracy has a constitution which allows this.
