Yes, however, he is a sitting Senator and not subject to military power. Check out the constitution, separation of power. If they did did call him back to active duty it would give the executive branch power over him. It’s forbidden in the constitution!

I’m confused, the constitution, separation of powers, gives the military no power over a sitting Senator. So why hasn’t anyone brought this up? Am I misreading it? There only 2 ways to punish, one by the senate itself and the voters!

Beautiful! I live in rural Connecticut surrounded by a lot of trees and the colors are nothing near what you have! Some say it’s because we had lots of rain, but I feel like it’s been a long time since we have seen such beautiful colors!
