No darling I am all good. Lots of meds (a drag) & HUGE lifestyle changes, dropped 9kgs. I have always adored cooking (though not in your league) so now I do exciting vegetarian/whole foods/nuts/seeds and it's been great to experiment. Onwards and Upwards my friend. xo

It's a tough one Crowbar. I had a really massive heart attack 6 months ago out of the blue (61) also with Huge blood clot under heart. 2 stents. 16 days in hospital. Same age as my late ma. My mortality has hit me big time. Stay strong and take care xo

I hear ya Kaz. I was cleaning and slipped on Spray n Wipe that I had mistakenly sprayed on kitchen floor. Wearing the ole Sketchers. Badly Broken leg, six months in moonboot/wheelchair. 60 years old. I no longer condone Spray n Wipe or cleaning.

Well, I gotta say when I look at Ariana, Cynthia, Nicole to name a few recent standouts of the super skinny, I do not think beautiful. I just think how sad, fuck me girls, eat a burger FFS. You do not look well. Just my opinion. Not body shaming, but emaciation shouldn't be a thing.

Helped a drug dealer mate count a lazy 1 million. He very kindly supplied the rubber bands. Same guy asked me once if he could store his machine gun under my stairs. I politely declined. Good times.
