I put the flour, yeast, and buttermilk mix in a small bowl to ferment for an hour, as directed. Next time I’m going to use a bigger bowl.

Then I enjoyed a pleasant 40 minute walk home with a stop at Bob’s Donuts for some treats for breakfast tomorrow and a stop at Les Croissant for a Banh Mi sandwich for lunch. And a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, one of my guilty pleasures.

I think they’d be good in a sweet version too, with a bit of sugar and grated apple or blueberries.

I grew to like him in the later episodes.
Then over time I grew to like him and I was sad to see him go this week. I couldn’t pick someone else to go because I like them all. But, I am now rooting for Shuai or Tristen.
