Perhaps plug in with their Alumni Association - they can often connect them with alumni in their field, great place to start. Reach out to the alums and ask them to coffee, let them talk about their career & mention you are looking.

This one hit me particularly hard. Part of my childhood. Have seen almost all of his movies, have always had a huge crush. 😢
