I'm physically and emotionally exhausted.

My husband has been in ICU for 2 1/2 days. Influenza Type a and viral pneumonia. The ICU was FULL of patients with upper respiratory illnesses. PLEASE be careful out there. People are contagious before they are sure they are sick. :( If I could I would hide in my home from Christmas to March!

I connected the 2 ends of this scarf together to create a long cowl you can wrap around twice.

I hope we get the ability share photos and videos in a dm and have group dm’s. Because honestly until we get those things here I have family and friends that won’t stay here without those things as we have family group chat and can’t do that here. Or can we? Will it come? I sure hope so.

I just realized the last 2 things I posted, socks I knit years ago and a crochet scarf I'm making for a 2025 advent gift, are all in fall colours. I love fall, it's my favourite season but I also love the colour pink. Maybe I should break out my pink crochet scarf that is in my wip basket. #yarn

Working on a scarf, listening to an audiobook (Stephen King’s “Holly”) and sipping on a coffee and enjoying a snack from the Korean market.

Finished an audiobook that was okay and I’m working on a crochet scarf that will be an advent gift for Christmas 2025. 😜

Some very early 2025 Christmas advent finds. For our family 12 day advent goft exchange I have my youngest grandchild. I found some cute gifts for next advent! I love to shop after Christmas sales for some good sales on these types of gifts.

We are trying a new place on our morning walk. It is called Paris Baguette Bakery Cafe. It's very nice and the almond crossiant is delicious!
