My (elderly) mum has declined a couple of the covid jabs she was eligible for as she had some severe side effects in the past but she has learned not to mention it because the facebook conspiracy shit people come out with when she does is something else

I've (intentionally) lost ~25 pounds this year and part of my strategy has been not eating until the afternoon, then having a scrambled egg, almost every day. All I need to do now is switch it for powdered egg and I'll be living the post world war two rationing dream.
