I frequently have to Google your posts to understand them. I then invariably find myself asking WHY is this a thing? Surely it's just the equivalent of taking a picture of your dinner & posting it?

I've just finished reading Days of Shattered Faith, having re-read the first two before allowing myself the luxury of the new book. I now feel bereft & am struggling to readjust to life in the real world! Please continue this series.

We already have 18 wk RTT targets. If we don't have the staff resource to deliver, it doesn't matter how many targets are in place (except to ensure ops leads spend time addressing target breaches instead of focus on clinical care). We need to support our workforce, not increase NHS privatisation.
