They've finally added the Dorothy the Dinosaur albums to streaming. Guess they must have had rights issues cuz I haven't seen these albums since I was a kid.

Anybody remember this show? I never cared for it as a kid, but recently I've rewatched it and I freaking love it now. I think this'll be my next Archival project.

Doing what I love to do, Archiving. Pictured here is (almost) the entire original Bob The Builder series archived and preserved in my external hard drive.

It's still a work in progress as I'm still missing the On Site series and the 2015 series which I ain't in a rush to archive.

On this day, Season 8 of Thomas & Friends began production. Nobody knew it at the time, but this season would introduce some major changes to the show.

7 minute episodes, an eight engine cast, a new theme tune, learning segments, and a more educational focus.

September 22nd, 1986

On this day, More About Thomas The Tank Engine was published as the 30th volume of the Railway Series.

Despite being written so that all of its stories could be adapted for TV, only 3 out of its 4 stories were adapted.

What's your favorite story from this book?

I've probably posted this before but it's so special that I couldn’t resist reposting again. Here is my copy of Sodor: Reading Between The Lines signed by Christopher Awdry himself!

September 19th, 1988.

On this day, Toby, Trucks, and Trouble was published as the 32nd book of the Railway Series.

This was the first book not to have the word "Engine" in the title and the last to be published under the Kaye & Ward imprint.

What's your favorite story from this book?

James and the Diesel Engines was published on this day as the 28th book of The Railway Series. With the TV series only four weeks away, this would mark the final book to be published prior to the launch of the show.

What's your favorite story from this book?

I'm a few days late on this, but here's a newspaper article of Britt Allcroft signing the deal with Fuji TV to launch Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends in Japan.

I love Michael Angelis narrating The Railway Series. I only wish his narration wasn't interrupted by the songs. It's pretty annoying having to constantly interrupt a story so a song from the HIT era can play. But hey, that's just my opinion. Feel free to disagree with me.

Found this old newspaper article that advertises the Railway Series book, Really Useful Engines. The book had only been out for a week.

We all dreaded when the Wii or Wii U gave us this error. Happened to me constantly with my copy of Mario Kart Wii.

Rest in peace, Edgar Hodges. In my opinion, The Railway Series' most underrated illustrator, he captured the Peter Edwards style beautifully, he should've been brought back to illustrate the series proper.

I've been in mourning for nearly an entire day, can't believe Ozzy Osbourne is no longer with us. He didn't die an ordinary man. He died as a legend, and left behind a very remarkable legacy.

My condolences to Sharon, Kelly, Jack, Aimee, and the rest of the Osbourne family.

Rest in peace, Ozzy!

I've been looking for books that talk about everything that's come and gone from Disneyland in Anaheim, till I found this book!

This book is great, it details every attraction and every person that worked on the park. I highly recommend it if you love Disney Park history.
