It was good to see Churches Together praying and calling for a ceasefire in Gaza. We may all be a long way from Gaza, but genocide cannot be ignored.

Churches Together will be standing for peace around the Gainsborough statue on Market Hill, in Sudbury, Suffolk, on Sunday 21st September, from 3.30 to 4pm. This is open to everyone who wants to stand for peace.

We will be holding another demonstration around the Gainsborough statue on Market Hill, this coming Sunday, 21st September, from 3.30 to 4pm.

The demonstration will be strictly limited to calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, and will not address any of the wider issues.
