On July 28, we remember Sgt. Richard McDonald, who gave his life 26 years ago while protecting our community. Known as “Mon Chum,” Rick was a dedicated officer, friend and husband. He will forever be remembered as a hero whose life made a difference in our community. #HeroesInLife

In response to ongoing traffic complaints from our community, we conducted targeted enforcement across the city yesterday resulting in numerous speeding tickets as well as charges for drivers following too closely, no insurance, unsafe lane changes and disobeying traffic signs.
