I’m back from my brief break of social media and other things that were taking over my social life. I’m going to be continuously working on myself from here on out and hopefully come through as stronger and healthier than ever

I think I’ll need to take a break from social media for a bit. We’ll see after the holidays, I have not been mentally in a good place for the past couple of days. I won’t go into specifics, but I’m recommended by my therapist to not be glued to my devices. Hopefully I will see you in the new year
