the doll from bloodborne isn't really tied to any major story events but she has infinitely more presence than melina does even tho melina is the only reason you can even fight radagon/elden beast (unless you finished a specific easy to miss questline)

personally i find people calling her a hashtag genderfuck transmasc icon a lot more irritating than people who make trap jokes about her even tho i hate them both
