I don't think there'll be that many, unless they secretly intend to induct 8. I think 14 was very intentional last year with the new rules of voting for up to 7. But it's a very plausible list overall.

I generally don't try to predict those. Based on a post, it looks like Nicky Hopkins may be getting AME, and it wouldn't surprise me if the New York Dolls got that or MI as well. Beyond that, *shrugs*
