Shitali means "cooling technique" in Sanskrit. And it's actually a whole framework used in both Ayurveda and Yoga Cikitsa (Yoga Therapy) to support the reduction of inflammation in the whole body and mind.

We have these three major components of practice - meditation, asanas, and pranayama - the magical synergy happens when you understand how to combine them in meaningful ways - and it doesn't have to be complicated!
