He takes up all my energy. That’s why I had to leave I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t concentrate at work, had to put my purse in a safe at night and close bank accounts. But he’s not taking care of himself and idk if he ever will and I can’t be responsible for him anymore

(Part 6) even tho he knows he’s not welcome on the property, unalive himself in front of me, and do everything he could to not get arrested… “it won’t end well for any of us I’ll tell you that.” So it was time for a protection order. Waiting for the court, and idk how to feel.

(Part 5) it was close to his end of town, with hot breakfast. He was pissed that I did that instead of sending him money because apparently he’s banned from that hotel and he needed cigarettes. I give zero shits about his nicotine. Today he apologized but followed with threats to show up at my house

(Part 4) After I block that phone number or email, he makes a new one and starts from there. This has been going on for 6 months. Threats have been vague enough that the cops can’t help but he just won’t stop. This week in the subzero temps he begged again and I broke down and got him a hotel room.

(Part 3) when he starts piling on the guilt and demanding money, I have to either shut him out or give in to shut him up. I can’t take care of him anymore because he takes advantage of everything and I’m not going there again. When I do help, it’s not enough or I did it wrong, and I end up blocking.

(Part 2) I have provided all the phone numbers for assistance. He has all the excuses. He insists on staying in town, even tho there is no help for him here. Given his history of financial abuse and manipulation, it’s extremely hard but necessary that I keep as much distance as I can.
