I'd be check out the engine and transmission mounts to first, #1, #2, #4, and #8 in the diagram. Usually the passenger side upper and either bottom ones go first. After that I'd check the CV axles for torn boots and/or play in their rotational axis. Usually they shake on acceleration, though.
