It’s so sad. I watched the Explained episode about cults and fully agree, they are indoctrinated and idk what it would take to snap them out of it. 30+ felonies didn’t do it.

I had this too at one point in life.
It was a combo of bruxism and tmj.
Treatment was bite guards and anti anxiety meds for the tmj.
I stopped watching the news and it helped a lot. There’s something different about watching it vs reading it. Doesn’t hurt as bad. 🤷🏻♀️

I stopped watching the news and it helped a lot. There’s something different about watching it vs reading it. Doesn’t hurt as bad. 🤷🏻♀️
