Her lips purse- not in judgement, but her usual way of repressing any emotion. Y’shtola’s eyes still sting, tugging at her sleeve with a sheepish grin.

“Would that I could see the woman in your eyes… yet I trust your faith nonetheless, and I’m ever grateful for it.”

“And…? I’m comfortable.”

“Curious, aren’t we?” She pretends to check her nails, feigning boredom with a hip popped out. “I suppose you could say my heart already belongs to another.”

A soft laugh behind her hand. “I can sincerely say the feeling is mutual.”

“I hope you enjoy a chase, then.” A cheeky flick of her tail is all that’s given further.
