Tissot. 30+ minutes of shotclock malfunction delays this week (OKC/UTA Sunday and ORL/MIA Tuesday), which I'm blaming entirely (based on 0 evidence) on that new, round clock design. Nothing with a bezel that thick has ever worked correctly.

NYT except c. Sep 2027:

In a statement to the court, the jury cited the so-called "Mickey Mouse March Defense" as decisive. Echoing expert witness @trillbrodude.bsky.social, the letter stated in part, "the 10-seed was on the line; anyone with a pulse knew the Bulls were winning that game by 30."

The way you know is that Lu Dort missing a corner 3 in the middle of the 4th quarter isn't accompanied by the ominous sense of dread you feel when one of your parents calls unexpectedly in the middle of a work day.

2nd moral: they really need to be dosing the drinks at Astros games with like a mild seditive or something. The level of vitriol the last couple days has been *wild*, and not in the fun sports-hate kinda way. I'm talkin' death threats and racism and homophobia. In droves.

The moral of the story is that if we made cops take low-rent improv classes instead of watching fascist YouTube videos in their free time, maybe the world would be a little place for everyone.

Ohhh of course, the 2-way guys! Shameful to have already forgotten them when mere months ago I was asking myself questions like, "Could Alex Ducas be Dion Waiters?"

They would never put numbers in a Monday puzzle. It's obviously PER.
