The Green Party are leading the left now. If Corbyn and Sultana want to make a difference they need to unite with the Greens and be prepared to assume secondary roles behind Polanski, assuming Polanski is prepared to let them join the Greens.

I could help out, but I'd be on my own, for the group depicted in the article doesn't really exist. A group of conservative activists cosplayed as cleaners long enough for somebody to take a couple of photos and that is it. It was a photo op, it was never a serious venture.

I'm guessing that the cleaning ends as soon as the cameras leave. This is not a real volunteer movement, just a photo op.

Coca-Cola is pretty toxic stuff. I don't drink it for health reasons. I don't know about their politics. But best avoid it anyway.

The law needs to be changed so that anyone who posted the original story is obliged to post the correction. Correction notices are fairly useless in the social media era.

They are willingly swayed by disinformation. They don't care about the truth. The disinformation merely provides plausible deniability, they know it is lies, and when it is shown to them incontrovertibly that Trump is lying, they don't care.

If Dems know trickle-down economics doesn't work, why do they never reverse the Reagan era tax cuts? All we ever get with Democratic Presidencies is a pause. They never recorrect Republican tax cuts.

I was trying to think of a rational reason for Trump to be so insistent on tariffs, and that was the best I could come up with.

There is resistance to the new govt because they're still going with the failed austerity/trickle down economic policies of the Thatcher era, and they are complicit in the genocide of the Gazan people.
