Pardon me for suggesting another Porsche, as I think you have 2 most important ones already in there.
But I think this is one that's seldom talked about, or seen as a homologation car to start with since people make their own SC/RS' anyway.

While I am delighted in the world's interest to introduce a Porsche restomod every now and then, what I am more interested in is restomodding great designs that have either been unjustified by the car's quality or something that was simply overlooked.
