I had the pleasure of seeing him when he did a speaking tour over 10+ years ago. One of the few "celebrities" that I truly miss now that they are gone. He had such a genuine nature, it was hard not to be captivated by his presence alone.

Tales/Crypt: Demon Knight is a favorite 90s horror gem. William Sadler anchors a larger cast of solid character actors, including T. Hayden Church, and then up-and-coming Jada Pinkett. Billy Zane chews the scenery as the batshit baddie. A great 90s soundtrack too. All around fun, imho.

Even Kevin Smith calls it his least favorite in the View Askewniverse, but I like the meta nature of the film and even after repeated viewings I find the frequent cameos as charming as ever.
