U.S. is too strong and still enjoy the benefits of having E.U. as friends.
Unless they ramp up everything we are in a world of hurt for the immediate future at least.

They can't be trusted and soon they'll have security guaranties from E.U.

Europe is indeed far behind in military spending and production. But they do build new factories, even inside Ukraine (which is huge).

I would bet that is happening now with provisions of advanced technology. This requires no money but it'll have a huge impact.

I'm not so sure. I think Trump did woke them up. I read all kinds of equipment are arriving, with many more in the pipeline. And all with cutting edge technology.
