Office machine service technician who cycles and takes photos in between customers and in free time. Apparently cycling too fast and too slow at the same time.
Posts will be a mix of English and Norwegian, although I try to stick to one language at a time.
Holy smoke !
Gabriel Bortoleto's car is going to need some major work after his crash in the sprint race.
Amazing that he is up and about walking when you see this image. I am always amazed at how well the safety features stand up.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

Like this fatal, where FSD gave the driver a few seconds to regain focus on the road and then make the avoiding action the car failed to do.

Norway has a really good price-tracking website, you can look up a product on it and compare the store's recent prices. Such as this example from the Scandinavian arm of Curry's etc.
TV had a significant hop before they claimed over 50% off.

Just a smidge over 2 months to agree, plan, and build a temporary motorway around a farm after a landslide took the original and railway. Oddly they have NOT built a temp rail line, it's expected to be closed for many many months, and is a critical route up Norway

Stuff AI
Show me something you made without the use of AI.
All my own designs, produced by hand in my back garden shed. (Yeah, clearly some tools used too, not fingernails)

The clientele at the front were less pushy it seems

Another fun little project, trying out designs for mobile phone holders. Meanwhile the CNC is flattening a bit old lumpg of oak I sliced out a log earlier today for another fun project.

Also never forget their attempt to combine their Mobile offering (CE), with the friendlyness of the home version (ME) and the security of their enterprise offering (NT)

Breathe in folks... Both of them, they were less than 10m past a proper passing place.

In France so many of their neon coloured maintainance vans get run into, they are making sculptures of them to make drivers think about it.... Yep they had big flashing lights on them too, and STILL drivers hit them.

It's not for cyclists, it's to remind drives to expect cyclists to use the road.
However that still should not be needed....
Only place I can see a justification for it is like here, to make it clearer that cyclists in direction of view should NOT use contra bike lane.

Norway uses similar in some place, usually to allow bin lorries through, as our lof floor busses could damage their sumps or batteries on those.
We tend to use this style, with a cather pit in the middle, and yes, car drivers DO drive through and fall in.

Something new again. Crispy base (rice crispies, almond flour butter and white choc) topped with Ganache ( milk, and white choc varieties) then berries and whipped cream. Yum.
Lots of work, but SO SO good.

Have you seen the latest analysis of different driver's lines through some of the best corners on the F1 calendar ?

We can however make light of people forgetting the parking brake when they park their hop-on swim-off bus for the night.
"You can't moor there sir" (as long as we know no one was hurt other than the driver's pride.

The good news that came out of it is that the Police used Paragraph 3 of the traffic laws and have taken his licence off him, probably for 3-6 months.
