They should do papers please medical edition where if you deny too many people bc of lack of coverage then ppl don't go to ur hospital and the zombie apocalypse happens (and if you accept everyone you get fired. And the zombie apocalypse happens)

Oh, its because of toy related legal issues! I'm not too well read on the topic, but I think that the skyfire toy was originally from macross, and not diaclone. there was a whole legal frouhaha about the use of the character, so they just cut him entirely.
