We've been completely down for over 12 hours today—the longest internet outage I've had in 30 years! Yet, they advertise having the best service with fewer outages than anyone else. How do they get away with that?

Although I had designed and built many exhibits before, this one—created decades ago—was truly special. Spanning 42,000 sq. ft., the exhibit for MAN Roland at the Chicago Print Show had just about everything you could dream of in an exhibition space.
