A short reel from a story I created about a #toxicwaste dump in #StPaul, #MN by the #MississippiRiver. Thanks to Friends of the Mississippi for the recent tour. The dump is on land owned by Ford Motor Company and is in an area considered sacred by the Dakota people who were the early inhabitants.
