In case if she wants to learn the hard way, the US owes China 750 billion in Treasuries. If the Chinese really wanted to be evil, they would have sold them in the bond market, with another trillion held up by the Japanese, Taiwanese and the Europeans, so that the US dollar would hit rock bottom.
