I took a cooking class from him at Concordia U. in Montreal in the 70’s. Yes, he was drinking wine in class. The only thing I remember was to put live lobster in tepid water B4 boiling. It lulls them to sleep so the meat is more tender. Immersing without this and they tense up. Tougher meat.

Outstanding! Put it in a live desert/ forest setting and it would look 100% real.
