Many of the children lost in the system were lost by the Trump administration because inadequate record keeping. ICE has started to deal with inadequate tracking of children that has occurred at least for several years, but they have only done that under pressure. But yes, that's a good thing.

They have no shame. They don't care what anybody thinks. They think abusing people makes them strong, and that's all that matters.
