If the recipe asks for 3 cloves, double it (and ALWAYS start with the biggest gloves first - Life is too short to peel skinny cloves 😂😂)

I work long hours, during the week, so batch cooking over the weekend allows me to prepare a meal for Saturday or Sunday & many portions for the freezer (which can then be prepared in a really short time mid week)

Plan, Prepare, Practice.
Batch cook & plan well - you will soon have a well stocked freezer of "go to" mid week suppers.
I have the following, in my freezer:
3 x Bolognese
4 x Chicken Chasseur
3 x Beef Bourguignon
3 x Shepherd's Pie
Various Curries
Various Soups

Mid week we just add veg/rice etc..
