A failure of various goverments in both cases. In the former they did not get him the care needed and keep BOTH him and society safe. In the latter allowing unchecked health insurance companies to not maintain a standard of care.

It might be constitionally sound to legislate this, but the SC would of course want to rule on it.
Would a SC Justice have to bring suit? Would they then have to recuse themselves from the suit?
Who else would might have standing?
